The the team work is just like a cure of many problems. According to experts there are many characteristics of a successful team. These are as follows:


1 . Agreement on purpose:

There is a purpose behind every thing and in case of team its success begins with a specific purpose which needs a contribution.


2 . Communication skills:

These are the most important parts of an organization success. If the communication skills are strong then the team members will actively participate in projects and thus it will bring profit to company.


3.Conflict solve skills:

lf in case there is some kind of conflict between team members then there should be such skills of a team member to solve the conflicts so that it doesn't effect the whole team work.


4. Acceptance of ethical responsibilities:

Team as a whole have many moral responsibilities towards their members. There must be no use of abusive language, there must be respect of all genders, person should not use vulgar language or more than tolerance physical contact with other team member.


5. Shared leadership :

There is shared leadership in a successful team. It always rotate. There is a democratic approach which take carefree all leatherette members. But when there is critical point a strong team member needs to step forward.
